CAPS (Continence Aids Payment Scheme)

The Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS) is an Australian Government Scheme that provides funding to eligible individuals who have permanent and severe incontinence.

The payment is provided through Medicare and allows individuals to choose their own incontinence products supplier.

CSS (Continence Support Scheme - Children 5-16)

The Children’s Continence Support Scheme (CSS) is facilitated by the Department of Human Services and provides continence aids subsidies, assessments and intervention programs.

The scheme aims to promote, restore and maintain continence in children and young people with a disability.

CDC (Consumer Directed Care - 65+)

The Consumer Directed Care Scheme (CDC) provides individuals over the age of 65 with more control over the care services they receive.

This scheme is currently in its trial phase and will be implemented in residential facilities in the future.
